system. Where required, processing is carried out to provide the website securely and
reliably on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

If you contact us by telephone or email, the information you provide is processed to
handle your enquiry. Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR applies where your enquiry relates to entering
into or performing an accommodation contract; otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR may apply.
4. Cookies, analytics and external services
This version of the website does not use its own marketing cookies. External map content
is not loaded automatically. The OpenStreetMap map is activated only after you explicitly
click “Load map”. Other external services are described below.
5. Storage period
Personal data is stored only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose or for as
long as statutory retention obligations apply.
6. Your rights
Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you have rights including:

7. Hosting by IONOS
This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany.
When the website is accessed, IONOS processes technically necessary access data.
According to IONOS, this may include referrer information, requested page or file,
browser type and version, operating system, device type, time of access and an
anonymised IP address. IONOS states a retention period of eight weeks for web-hosting
visitor data.
8. IONOS WebAnalytics
Depending on the IONOS hosting configuration, logging and statistical analysis may be
provided through IONOS WebAnalytics. According to IONOS, WebAnalytics does not use
cookies and the transmitted IP address is anonymised immediately. If WebAnalytics is
disabled in the hosting package, this section should be adjusted accordingly.
9. Online booking via Smoobu
The planned online booking function uses Smoobu. Once activated, data is transmitted to
Smoobu when the booking form is opened and used, so that availability, bookings and any
selected additional services can be processed. This may include travel dates, contact
details, number of guests and booking information.
Before the live booking system is launched, the specific Smoobu account configuration,
payment providers and any other activated services should be reflected in this privacy policy.
10. OpenStreetMap map
This website provides an interactive map based on OpenStreetMap. The map is not loaded
automatically. Only after you expressly click “Load map” are external map resources loaded.
Loading the map may establish connections to OpenStreetMap services for map display and
address lookup and to the externally provided Leaflet library. Technically necessary
connection information such as your IP address, browser information, time of access and
the requested page may be transmitted. Where consent is required, the legal basis is
Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
The “Plan route” function is also activated only by your click. If supported by your
browser, you may voluntarily share your current location. If you do not share your
location, only the destination address is opened in OpenStreetMap.
